Notebook: A
notebook is required for this course. It will be graded once every two
chapters (25pts each). The notebook needs
to contain: a title page, your score sheet, table of contents, chapter
plans, notes, study guides, and an assignment of your choice for each chapter. Each chapter should be
divided into sections. *Each divider needs to have a cover page with an appropriate drawing or
picture on the top half of the page and a short paragraph, in your own words, that describes the
theme of the chapter on the bottom of the page.
