Social-emotional learning (SEL) helps you work on things like coping with feelings and setting goals. It also helps with interpersonal skills like working in teams and resolving conflicts. SEL can help you learn and think differently and talk about your challenges and build self-esteem.

Sometimes you or a someone you know may need more support than a teacher, school counselor or caregiver can provide. Colorado now provides FREE therapy sessions for youth and adults. Check out I MATTER to find free therapy sessions.

Every Colorado youth is now eligible for therapy sessions.
