McKinley Preschool has expanded! There are six classrooms, two brand new playgrounds and many schedule options to fit your child’s needs.

• McKinley preschool teachers have their Bachelor’s Degrees and teaching licenses
• Students learn through play and in-depth studies using Creative Curriculum
• The class class sizes are small with low teacher:student ratios
• Preschool students get to participate in elementary specials classes such as P.E., Music and Technology
• There are many different sessions to choose from: including AM/PM and full day/half day
• Scholarships and transportation available for those who qualify

First Day of Preschool: August 21st; Family Orientations August 14-17th

Rooms 22 and 23 AM

• (2 ½ to 3 year olds) 8:30-11:00 Monday through Friday 
• PM (4 years old by August 1st) 12:00-3:30 Monday through Friday

Room 24

• (3 year olds full day) 8:30-2:30 Monday through Friday

Rooms 25, 26, 27

• 4 years old by August 1st full day) 8:30-3:30 Monday through Friday

• AM preschool $250/month (2 ½ to 3 year olds)
• Full Day 3 year old preschool in Room 24 (without a scholarship) $375
• Adding additional hours to Rooms 24, 25, 26, 27 (after a scholarship or UPK) $250/month

You can make payments to “Canon City Schools” via check or money order. We also take cash and will soon accept online payments through campus portal.We also accept cccap, through DHS

 

Preschool Open House!

Parents, you can now register your child for preschool classes today! It's not too late to enroll your child into one of our 6 preschool classes. We have expanded our preschool to six classes! Our preschool teachers are all certified teachers with college degrees. Every preschooler at McKinley is offered music/art, physical education, and technology instruction by certified Specials teachers.
