Meet Stacy Andrews:

Stacy Andrews is a licensed school counselor who loves working with kids! Stacy is a former Canon City High School counselor and Madison/CES 5th and 6th grade teacher, so she knows the CES culture. In addition to the preventative classroom lessons, Stacy works with small groups and individuals on academic and social-emotional skills. Stacy is an excellent advocate for students and works tirelessly to teach students how to make appropriate and healthy (above the line) behavioral choices. Stacy is diligent about teaching student skills they can use inside the school walls as well as outside when difficulties arise.

Stacy is married with two big kids and two little shih tzu dogs. Stacy and her husband can be found on the pickleball court, riding their e-bikes, or walking Dakota Ridge. Stacy loves reading, cookies, spending time laughing with friends and family, attending comedy shows and concerts.

Meet Eshelle Francis:

Eshelle Francis is a licensed social worker and earned her Master’s from the University of Texas (Hook ’em!) and began her career supporting high school students in Austin, Texas. She has been part of the CES community since 2022, when her children began attending, and feels right at home within the school’s culture. Eshelle is passionate about helping students build skills they can use in the classroom, at home, and throughout their lives. She also values partnering with families to provide resources, encouragement, and support as they guide their children through school. Outside of work, Eshelle enjoys time with her three kids—all proud CES students!
