YETI - Students (all grade levels) who sign up can walk, run, skip, hop, jump on Tuesday and Thursdays from 3:50-4:20 after school. This supports students in their preparation for our participation in the Blossom 5k. The run Saturday, May 6th in conjunction with the Canon City Music and Blossom Festival.
Thrilling Thursdays - All 3rd-5th graders are invited to participating in monthly wellness activities. Some activities will take place at Lincoln, while other will be held out in the community. See Mrs. Patrick for a schedule of the activities we have planned as well as for permission slips. A permission slip is required one week before each event and is available the first day of the month. Occasionally all grade levels and families are invited to join us for Thrilling Thursdays.
WHAT is 5210? Do you know? In the past Lincoln's Health & Wellness team has focused on 5210. The 5 means try to have 5 fruits or vegetables a day. The 2 is 2 hours or less of screen time a day. The 1 is one hour or more of activity a day. The 0 is zero sugary snacks/drinks
