Principal's Message
Welcome to the 2025–26 school year at Lincoln School of Science & Technology! This is my seventh year as your principal, and as a proud Cañon City Schools graduate—and recent Lincoln parent—I’m excited for another fantastic year with our amazing school community.
We’re celebrating 25 years of our Discovery School Culture, which remains the cornerstone of how we build strong relationships, communicate, work through conflict, and grow together. Discovery is more than our 6 Ps and Attending Skills — it shapes everything we do to support students and families.
We're also thrilled to begin the year with our construction projects complete! Thanks to our supportive community, Lincoln now features a brand-new gym, additional classroom, and several beautifully updated spaces in our school.
We’re excited to have Mr. Mitch Ary returning as our Dean of Students and Literacy Coach. Mr. Ary brings strong leadership, collaboration, and literacy expertise to his role and is dedicated to helping every Lincoln student thrive.

Look for information from your child’s teacher on how to stay connected with them through SchoolStatus Connect as our communication portal starting this year. Additionally, make sure you have access to your child’s Campus Portal account (see page 16 of the Parent Student Handbook). Let’s work together to make this a great year!
