Tiger Recycling will be closed on Wednesday, March 31st. We will be in Denver on a Field Trip. We will resume regular hours on Thursday, April 1st.
Our regular hours are as follows:
- Monday - Thursday, 9:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
- Every other Friday (4/9, 4/23, 5/7) 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
For the rest of the school year we will operate safely by wearing masks and practicing social distancing.
Our last day of school is May 21st. We will attempt to be open on certain days through the summer. Stay tuned for those hours. Have a great Spring and remember we are here to accept your electronics for recycle.
Tiger Recycling is located at 1025 N. 12th Street (corner of 12th and Forest Ave.). We are in the north end of the new building just west of the high school.
Tiger Recycling offers hands-on work experience and helps students with disabilities develop school to work skills. This business within the high school provides opportunities to learn skills related to disassembling electronics and sorting parts. Plus, recycling electronics helps protect our environment. We promote the practice of reducing, reusing, re-purposing, and recycling.
Tiger Recycling can recycle anything that you can plug into an electrical outlet except refrigerators, freezers, and air conditioners. Please do not leave items outside our door. All items recycled must weighed and documented.
