Prior to the beginning of the school year, Washington Elementary staff engaged in Leader In Me Training.

"The Leader In Me" is a school culture initiative focusing on Stephen Covey’s 7 habits of highly effective people, and Washington staff have faithfully implemented it for nearly a decade.
