11/7/24: ALL SCHOOL BUILDINGS WILL BE CLOSED, AS WELL AS THE DISTRICT OFFICE

Dear Families,

As you know, Fremont County has received significant snowfall that is predicted to last into tomorrow, with the possibility of lasting throughout the day.  This snowfall, coupled with forecasted freezing temperatures, as well as icy road conditions, will make morning travel potentially dangerous for our students and selves.  Additionally, the National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning at this point.  In turn, Cañon City Schools is canceling school for tomorrow, November 7th.   

ALL SCHOOL BUILDINGS WILL BE CLOSED, AS WELL AS THE DISTRICT OFFICE.

Please also note that in addition to this, ALL after-school activities have been canceled for 11.7.24.
